AlcoholWise is the new platform from Surrey and Borders Partnership. When individuals complete the AUDIT on this platform and their score indicates a higher risk, they will be advised to fill out a referral form to connect with an adviser for EBA (as part of commissioned i-access treatment servces). For those identified with alcohol dependency, they will be connected directly to i-access treatment services.
